Currently, we are seeking a IT Application Support Engineer who’s eager to continue to evolve, thrives on challenges, and is ready to embark in a new opportunity. This is a hybrid position in Lisbon, Portugal.

💼 Responsibilities:

• Installing, configuring and maintaining software and hardware components of computer and network systems;
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues;
• Maintaining and updating technical documentation regularly;
• Assisting with systems integrations.

👨‍💻 Requirements:

• (3+) years of experience in similar roles;
• Experienced with Windows, Linux, RedHat Jboss EAP;
• Experienced with OpenShitf;
• Web Services (SOAP/XML);
• Previous contact with relational Databases: SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL;
• Experienced with NoSQL database queries;
• English fluency.
