What is this challenge about
- Provide Level 1 support for business-critical applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating when necessary
- Monitor system performance and ensure application stability
- Work closely with development and infrastructure teams
- Maintain documentation and support procedures
- Ensure timely communication with users and stakeholders

What we are looking for
- Minimum 1 year of experience in application support or a similar role
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and ITIL processes
- Basic knowledge of SQL, scripting, or integrations (a plus)
- Fluency in English
- Availability to work on-site 3 times per week at Lagoas Park
