Chatbot/Chat Senior Fullstack Developer

We are looking for a Chatbot/Chat Senior Fullstack Developer to work remote in Portugal who’s eager to embark on an exciting new opportunity!

What is this challenge about:

• Develop, manage, maintain, and oversee Genesys-GCP deployments and software across a diverse range of clients (including web, voice, text, native apps, phone, and more);
• Provide input to mobile and web development teams building custom customer-facing UIs;
• Build and manage high-level communication protocols to ensure highly available and upgradeable conversational interfaces and clients;
• Manage technical stakeholders and their needs, working closely with the conversational agent content manager and the Genesys contact center team.

What we are looking for:

• 5 years of experience in Web Development, focusing emphasis on frontend;
• Previous experience with chatbot development;
• Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environment and services;
• Experience with Java/Scala is a plus but focus more on front-end Typescript / Javascript;
• Experience with Genesys is a plus;
• Fluent english.
