Currently, we are seeking a Engineering Manager who’s eager to continuing to evolve, thrives on challenges, and is ready to embark in a new opportunity.

💼 Responsabilities:

• Lead and mentor a development team, driving career growth and technical excellence;
• Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and operations;
• Foster a continuous delivery and DevOps-centric culture, ensuring seamless integration, testing, and deployment;
• Identify and resolve recurring issues by implementing process improvements rather than workarounds;
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to optimize software delivery and operational efficiency;
• Monitor system performance, ensuring stability, security, and scalability for future growth;
• Engage regularly with senior management, providing clear updates and strategic insights.

👨‍💻 Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or similar leadership role;
• Strong background in agile development, DevOps practices, and continuous delivery;
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging at senior levels;
• Ability to build and lead high-performing, autonomous teams that take ownership of their applications;
• Understanding Agile methodologies;
• Fluent level of English;
• Living in Braga, Porto, Coimbra or Lisbon (hybrid role).
