What we are looking for

• 5+ years of software engineering experience;
• Academic background in Computer Science (or a similar IT degree), Economics, or Finance;
• Passion for and experience in 3rd line IT Support activities;
• Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment;
• Empathy and a strong sense of ownership in resolving customer issues;
• Strong interpersonal, relationship management, and communication skills;
• Ability to identify and promote process improvements;
• Proven experience with PL/SQL and SQL programming languages;
• Understanding of object-oriented programming languages;
• Familiarity with basic financial concepts;
• Proficiency in English.

What is this challenge about

• Investigate and debug logs and source code to identify and resolve bugs and issues;
• Develop internal tools to help the support team monitor and assess production health;
• Manage and resolve production incidentes;
• Provide 2nd and 3rd line IT support, handling complex technical issues and escalations;
• Proactively communicate with users regarding the status and progress of open support requests;
• Contribute to the continuous automation and improvement of applications and support processes;
• Enhance user satisfaction by resolving incidents and problems efficiently and effectively;
• Ensure proper troubleshooting, documentation, and follow-up of incidents and root cause analyses;
• Create and maintain comprehensive project and support documentation, ensuring clarity and accessibility for the team.
