Currently, we are seeking a Junior Scrum Master who’s eager to continuing to evolve, thrives on challenges, and is ready to embark in a new opportunity.

💼 Responsabilities:

• Act as a key enabler for the effective functioning of software development teams using Agile methodologies;
• Lead the team in the implementation of Agile practices and mindset across the entire delivery cycle;
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives;
• Coach and mentor the Scrum Team(s), ensuring continuous improvement and team performance;
• Remove blockers and foster collaboration to keep delivery smooth and focused;
• Track progress and team health using Agile metrics and reporting tools;
• Engage with multiple teams and stakeholders, contributing to key decisions and ensuring alignment;
• Provide guidance in Agile process coaching and drive enhancements in team workflows.
  

👨‍💻 Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience as a Scrum Master or similar Agile team facilitator role;
• Solid understanding of Agile Project Management and frameworks like Scrum and Kanban;
• Experience in facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching team members;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams;
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to resolve team-level and cross-team challenges;
• Fluency in English is mandatory;
• Availability to work remotely from Portugal.
