Lead .Net Fullstack Developer

We are looking for a Lead .Net Fullstack Developer to work in Lisbon who’s eager to embark on an exciting new opportunity!

What is this challenge about

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of full-stack applications using .NET Framework/.NET Core and modern UI frameworks;
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers, ensuring the application of best practices in development, architecture, and DevOps;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable system architectures and microservices-based solutions;
• Develop and maintain REST APIs, ensuring effective integration between front-end and back-end systems;
• Work with Optimizely CMS or similar DXP/CMS platforms to deliver content-driven solutions;
• Manage and optimize SQL and NoSQL databases, ensuring performance and scalability;
• Use DevOps tools, such as GitHub workflows and actions, to optimize development and deployment processes;
• Stay up to date with the latest technologies and trends, promoting innovation within the team.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Management Informatics, or equivalent qualification;
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a C# .NET Developer (.NET Framework / .NET Core);
• Hands-on experience with Optimizely CMS or similar DXP/CMS platforms;
• Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases;
• Solid understanding of REST APIs;
• Experience with modern UI frameworks such as React, Next.js, or similar;
• Proven experience in technical leadership;
• Familiarity with DevOps tools, including GitHub workflows and actions;
• Experience with scalable system architectures and microservices;
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher (spoken and written);
• Availability to work in a hybrid model (2 days per week in the Lisbon office).
