What is this challenge about

• Design, develop, and test ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter.
• Analyze data sources and targets to understand data structures and requirements.
• Create and maintain ETL mappings, workflows, and sessions.
• Implement data quality rules and perform data validation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ETL-related issues.
• Collaborate with business analysts and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Document ETL processes and maintain technical documentation.
• Optimize ETL performance and ensure scalability.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development best practices.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Math, or related field;
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI, including advanced knowledge of the platform;
• Strong experience in BI troubleshooting and issue resolution (Power BI, Tableau);
• Solid understanding of platform management, user administration, and configuration/customization based on business needs;
• Familiarity with ITIL principles and experience in customer support within complex environments;
• Knowledge of IT systems, platform security, and data protection regulations;
• Experience with ETL pipelines and tools (SSIS, SSAS); Azure cloud experience is a plus;
• Proficient in SQL and VBA; knowledge of Python or R is a plus;
• Background in finance or prior experience in the financial industry is a bonus;
• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and related tools;
• Excellent communication skills in English (minimum B2 level).
