Currently, we are seeking a Product Owner who’s eager to continuing to evolve, thrives on challenges, and is ready to embark in a new opportunity.

💼 Responsibilities:

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, focusing on delivering high-value features;
• Create, refine, and communicate clear and well-defined user stories;
• Collaborate with development teams, designers, and stakeholders to ensure product success;
• Monitor development progress and make strategic decisions to adjust priorities when necessary;
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and continuously improve the product;
• Ensure the delivered product meets quality standards and end-user expectations;
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

👨‍💻 Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in similar roles;
• Hands-on knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban;
• Strong communication skills to articulate product vision and negotiate priorities with stakeholders;
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical specifications;
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar;
• Skilled at managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment;
• Experience with data analysis and using metrics for decision-making;
• Fluent level of english.
