Full-Stack Developer (Python w/ React)

Currently, we are seeking a Full Stack Developer who’s eager to continuing to evolve, thrives on challenges, and is ready to embark in a new opportunity.

💼 Responsabilities:

• Develop new features and components for both Frontend and Backend systems;
• Design and architect systems with a focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability;
• Make well-informed design decisions by evaluating tradeoffs and conducting thorough research;
• Build tools that integrate multiple data sets to improve risk evaluation through automation;
• Solve complex problems end-to-end by creating platforms that interconnect tools and services:
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to develop impactful products;
• Contribute to shaping team rituals and engineering processes for high performance;
• Test, debug, and document the code you create.

👨‍💻 Requirements:

• +5 years of experience in Python;
• +2 years of experience with Django in a production environment;
• Multiple years of software development experience in server-side programming languages (Python, Node, Ruby);
• At least 1 year of experience developing with React or Vue.js for frontend development;
• Strong knowledge of web development technologies and single-page web applications (SPAs);
• Understanding of database systems such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, and MongoDB;
• Ability to design and build scalable infrastructure, including data BI tools, frontends, databases, APIs, and deployment pipelines;
• Understanding Agile methodologies;
• Effective communication and collaboration skills;
• Fluent level of English;
• Living in Brasil.
