💼 Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement risk management strategies, policies, and processes.
• Identify, assess, and prioritize potential risks across the organization;
• Time management and cost management;
• Monitor risk exposure and provide timely reports to senior management;
• Collaborate with teams to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards;
• Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify gaps and recommend corrective actions;
• Provide training and guidance to teams on risk management best practices;
• Work with stakeholders to establish a risk-aware culture throughout the organization;
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and emerging risks.

👨‍💻 Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in similar roles;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail;
• Excellent communication skills for presenting complex risk issues to diverse audiences;
• Knowledge of risk management frameworks and tools;
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the industry;
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
• Fluent level of English.
