What we are looking for:
- +3 years experience working with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and SAP HCM.
- Ability to configure and support Employee Central modules.
- Experience with data migration, integration, and SuccessFactors implementation methodology.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Understanding Agile methodologies.
- Fluent level of English.
