Currently, we are seeking an/a Scrum Master who’s eager to continuing to evolve, thrives on challenges, and is ready to embark in a new opportunity.

💼 Responsabilities:

• Guide the team in adopting and applying Scrum practices effectively;
• Ensure adherence to Agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.);
• Coach the development team on self-organization and cross-functionality;
• Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives;
• Identify and address roadblocks preventing the team from delivering efficiently;
• Support the Product Owner in backlog refinement and prioritization;
• Gather and analyze team performance metrics to drive process enhancements;
• Assist in scaling Agile practices across multiple teams.

👨‍💻 Requirements:

• +4 years of experience as Scrum Master;
• Strong proficiency in English (C1 level);
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience;
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
