What is this challenge about

• Analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights and support business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide analytical support.
• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data using SQL and Stambia (or other ETL tools) to ensure data quality and integrity.
• Assist in the design and implementation of data models and structures to support reporting and analysis.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of data processes and analytics methodologies.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field;
• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role;
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction, manipulation, and working with SQL Server;
• Proficiency in Power BI (including DAX); experience creating reports, dashboards, and data visualizations;
• Experience with ETL tools (e.g., SSIS); familiarity with Stambia is a plus;
• Programming skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy), R, and SAS (Guide, DIS, Programming);
• Experience with BI tools like SSRS; knowledge of SSAS is a plus;
• Knowledge of banking sector (preferred) and risk domain (optional);
• Experience in consulting environments is valued;
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, Azure) and big data tools (Databricks, Spark, Hadoop) is a plus;
• Excellent communication skills in English (minimum B2 level);
• Fluency in French is a plus.
