What we are looking for

• 6+ years of hands-on web development experience.
• Strong proficiency in front-end technologies (JavaScript, SCSS, AJAX) with a keen eye on SEO and performance metrics.
• Back-end experience with APIs, server technologies, and modern development frameworks.
• Proven success in crafting conversion-focused websites and landing pages.
• Strong ability to identify, diagnose, and address potential performance issues or errors.
• A genuine passion for web technologies and open-source communities.
• Understanding of digital marketing principles and the ability to align development efforts with business objectives.
• A reliable, self-motivated work style with strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Git, development environments, and staging workflows.
• Experience integrating third-party APIs and tracking tools.
• Excellent communication skills, adept at conveying technical concepts across teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), or other analytics/tracking tools.
• Understanding Agile methodologies.
• Living in Lisbon (hybrid role).
• Fluent level of English.
