What is this challenge about
- Design and develop high-quality, maintainable software components within the Fluxys product ecosystem;
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and business stakeholders to translate real-world challenges into digital solutions;
- Contribute to architectural discussions and propose improvements to enhance performance, reliability, and maintainability;
- Implement and maintain tests and actively participate in testing activities;
- Review code, mentor peers, and uphold coding standards within the teams;
- Contribute to release preparation, including technical documentation and deployment activities;
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), participate in demo sessions, and ensure clear and reliable documentation to support user adoption;
- Handle functional and technical service requests from business stakeholders, providing timely and effective support;
- Collaborate with the product team to investigate and resolve incidents, ensuring minimal operational impact;
- Participate in monitoring and troubleshooting issues across development, testing, and production environments;
- Actively engage in Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups;
- Help create technical backlog items, phrase them in a value-oriented manner understandable by business stakeholders, and support the Product Owner in prioritizing them based on delivered value.
What we are looking for
- Experience with .NET (including .NET 8 / .NET Framework), ASP.NET Web API, and related backend technologies;
- Knowledge of SQL Server or Oracle and messaging tools such as RabbitMQ;
- Understanding of software architecture principles (DDD, Clean Architecture) and design patterns;
- Familiarity with testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps);
- Experience with Git and DevOps practices;
- Strong software design and clean coding skills;
- Ability to work with complex systems and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders;
- Fluency in Portuguese and English; French or Dutch is a plus;
- Product-oriented, collaborative, proactive, adaptable, quality-driven, and accountable mindset.
