Currently, we are seeking a Software Quality Auditor who’s eager to continuing to evolve, thrives on challenges, and is ready to embark in a new opportunity.

💼 Responsabilities:

• Ensure products meet the highest quality standards by conducting comprehensive software quality audits and identifying areas for improvement;
• Oversee software suppliers’ adherence to quality standards, especially within the BMW Group, ensuring value is added through high-quality software deliverables;
• Conduct formal quality audits, including ISO9001, and provide feedback to ensure compliance with standards like ISO27000, ASPICE, and TISAX;
• Review documentation, code, and processes to ensure alignment with established quality standards and best practices, performing risk assessments and identifying non-compliance areas;
• Prepare detailed audit reports, outlining findings, non-conformances, areas for improvement, and track follow-up actions;
• Collaborate with development, product management, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products;
• Communicate audit results and recommendations clearly to management and development teams, facilitating workshops to address findings and implement corrective actions;
• Be autonomous, confident in decision-making, and able to navigate complex or difficult quality issues with minimal supervision.

👨‍💻 Requirements:

• +4 years of experience in similar and significant quality assurance or auditing roles;
• Strong knowledge of quality standards such as ISO27000, ASPICE, and TISAX is a major advantage;
• Experience with software engineering quality systems, including creating processes, templates, and overseeing or auditing quality deliverables in product development;
• Ability to review and assess compliance in documentation, code, and processes; 
• Excellent report preparation skills, with the ability to present audit findings and areas of improvement;
• Effective collaboration with stakeholders and suppliers to influence quality objectives and deliverables;
• Willingness to travel abroad as needed;
• Fluent level of English;
• Living in Porto or Braga (hybrid role).
