Currently, we are seeking a Tech Lead who’s eager to continuing to evolve, thrives on challenges, and is ready to embark in a new opportunity.

💼 Responsabilities:

• Analysing customer requirements;
• Produce functional analysis documents describing the solution;
• Monitoring the implementation cycle, managing the team of programmers;
• Monitoring acceptance tests;
• Ensure commitments from other teams regarding project-related implementations of components developed by other teams in the Bank.

👨‍💻 Requirements:

• +5 years of experience as a Tech Lead;
• Solid technical knowledge of COBOL, DB2 and JCL;
• Solid knowledge of Banking – Credit and Payments;
• Ability to analyse customer requirements and discuss them;
• Ability to produce functional analysis documents;
• Experience in managing the tasks of the implementation team – technical definition, programming and testing;
• Experience in monitoring acceptance tests with the client;
• Knowledge of how to update the status of projects monitored in weekly steering sessions with the client;
• Ability to identify customer needs and generate new implementation opportunities;
• Fluency in English;
• Living in Lisbon (hybrid role).
