Currently, we are seeking a Test Manager who’s eager to continuing to evolve, thrives on challenges, and is ready to embark in a new opportunity.

💼 Responsabilities:

• Plan and coordinate all testing activities, including functional, End-to-End, API/Integration, Performance & Reliability, and Security testing;
• Manage the daily activities of the testing team, ensuring effective communication and coordination;
• Report on testing progress, metrics, milestones, and deliverables to stakeholders.
• Escalate issues affecting testing timelines, project milestones, or deliverables;
• Design and oversee test automation frameworks, ensuring they meet team and project needs;
• Manage and maintain high-quality test data across environments and applications;
• Provide functional and technical guidance to the testing team;
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of testing phases..

👨‍💻 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering, or Computer Science (preferred).
• 3+ years in test management roles.
• CRM knowledge, particularly Salesforce, with experience in Billing, OSS, and Order Management concepts.
• Planning and managing SIT/UAT testing stages.
• Managing test data quality across environments.
• API/Integration testing and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
• Building and managing test automation frameworks (e.g., Cucumber, Selenium).
• Test Automation, Performance & Reliability, and Security testing activities.
• Working with test management tools like Jira and Xray.
• ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level (mandatory).
• Test Management certification (valued).
• Understanding Agile methodologies;
• Effective communication and collaboration skills;
• Fluent level of English;
• Living in Portugal.
