UI/UX Specialist

Currently, we are seeking a UI/UX Specialist who’s eager to continuing to evolve, thrives on challenges, and is ready to embark in a new opportunity.

💼 Responsabilities:

• Lead and oversee UX and UI design efforts, guiding and mentoring team members;
• Create a design system reflecting the client’s principles and branding;
• Oversee design quality and identify risks or opportunities in user experiences;
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to understand user needs and business objectives;
• Develop user personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes;
• Design high-fidelity prototypes and detailed specifications for development teams;
• Simplify complex requirements into intuitive user experiences;
• Work closely with development teams to ensure design consistency and quality;
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices;
• Define, prioritize, and address design challenges effectively;
• Host workshops, user research sessions, and feedback meetings with teams and stakeholders.

👨‍💻 Requirements:

• +5 years of experience in UX and UI design, particularly for complex applications;
• A strong portfolio demonstrating user-centric design solutions;
• Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, and other design platforms;
• Expertise in user research and usability testing methodologies;
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills;
• Ability to balance user needs with business goals effectively;
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on rapid prototyping and iteration;
• Experience conducting continuous feedback loopsto refine designs;
• Willingness to travel and work onsite with clients as needed;
• Flexible, collaborative, and customer-focused mindset.
• Understanding Agile methodologies;
• Fluent level of English;
• Living in Portugal.
