Dedicated People Experience Partners: KWAN assigns People Experience Partners who are trained in career coaching and employee retention. They regularly meet with the consultants they are responsible for to ensure they feel integrated, motivated, and productive.
Proactive Issue Resolution: People Experience Partners identify and address potential issues early to ensure satisfaction and focus. Regular check-ins and career development support are included.
Included in Consultant Rate: People Experience Partner services are included in the consultant’s rate, ensuring no additional costs.
Thorough Onboarding Process: We recommend covering your brand, processes, culture, and objectives in the onboarding, just as you would with any internal team member.
Dedicated Account Manager & People Experience Partner: To ensure alignment between you, the consultant, and KWAN, you’ll have a dedicated contact point – your Account Manager – while the consultant will have a People Experience Partner on our side. If you encounter any challenges, or if you feel the consultant might be facing any difficulties, you can always discuss them with your Account Manager. The same goes for the consultant and their People Experience Partner. This proactive communication is crucial in preventing challenges from turning into issues.
Account Manager & People Experience Partner Support: Each consultant is assigned a People Experience Partner who oversees their well-being, motivation, and performance. You can report any challenges to your Account Manager, who will coordinate with the People Experience Partner to resolve issues.
Our recruitment process takes 2 weeks, after which you will have the ideal candidate, technically tested and interviewed, ready to join your team.
The minimum outsourcing period is 18 months before you can internalize the consultant.
