Tailored Interview and Technical Testing: During the recruitment process with KWAN, you’ll have the opportunity to interview potential candidates. This allows you to discuss expectations, project objectives, and company culture. If you need, you can also conduct additional technical tests to validate skills.
Customized Candidate Requirements: You define the key criteria for your ideal candidate – whether remote work is acceptable, language proficiency, or specific cultural fit.
Flexible Partnership: Any of the previously agreed-upon criteria can be discussed with your account manager and adjusted throughout our partnership, as your needs change over time.
No. The agreed-upon fees cover recruitment, training, payroll, contract management, equipment, and a team of People Managers (HR team extension). The only potential extra costs are related to travel if required by the project.
Dedicated People Managers: KWAN assigns People Managers who are trained in career coaching and employee retention. They regularly meet with the consultants they are responsible for to ensure they feel integrated, motivated, and productive.
Proactive Issue Resolution: People Managers identify and address potential issues early to ensure satisfaction and focus. Regular check-ins and career development support are included.
Included in Consultant Rate: People Manager services are included in the consultant’s rate, ensuring no additional costs.
