Clear and Consistent Communication: Regular check-ins will keep you informed of progress, challenges, and priorities. You will have a dedicated account manager at KWAN as your primary contact for all consultant-related matters.
Tailored Interview and Technical Testing: During the recruitment process with KWAN, you’ll have the opportunity to interview potential candidates. This allows you to discuss expectations, project objectives, and company culture. If you need, you can also conduct additional technical tests to validate skills.

Proactive Issue Resolution: People Managers identify and address potential issues early to ensure satisfaction and focus. Regular check-ins and career development support are included.
Included in Consultant Rate: People Manager services are included in the consultant’s rate, ensuring no additional costs.
