Backend Developer (NodeJS/.NET)

We are looking for a Backend Developer to work hybrid in Braga who’s eager to embark on an exciting new opportunity!

What is this challenge about

• Contributing to the evolution of conversational systems powered by text and voice, used to streamline interactions in highly relevant service sectors.
• Designing and enhancing backend components that support agent behaviours, transactional flows, and new service integrations.
• Developing new features and improving core modules to ensure reliable, scalable, and human-centred digital experiences.
• Working closely with cross-functional teams to bring new interaction models to life and enhance overall system performance.

What we are looking for

• Background in Software Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent knowledge;
• Strong problem-solving mindset and creativity in tackling technical challenges;
• 4+ years professional experience with .NET or Node.js development;
• Solid understanding of containerization tools (e.g., Docker);
• Experience with relational or non-relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis);
• Familiarity with development best practices, software design patterns, CI/CD principles;
• Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs;
• Fluent level of English (mandatory);
• Availability to work in a hybrid model, 3x per week in Braga Office, Onboarding onsite (6 weeks).
