Data Product Manager (Data Architect)

We are looking for a Data Product Manager to work hybrid in Lisbon who’s eager to embark on an exciting new opportunity!

What is this challenge about

• Lead the design and implementation of a consolidated reporting solution for sales volumes.
• Identify, source, and consolidate multiple governed data sources.
• Collaborate with international stakeholders, including business experts, IT teams, and sponsors.
• Define and maintain logical datasets in a Data Catalog tool, ensuring alignment with data governance standards.
• Map logical datasets to physical implementations and document business processes, roles, and rules.
• Organize and drive workshops, planning, and communication between business and technical contributors.
• Ensure project planning, documentation, and communication excellence across global teams.

What we are looking for

• Strong background in data, analytics, and BI, with hands-on experience in data architecture and governance.
• Proven skills in business and IT process analysis, project planning, and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP) and Sales & Finance domains.
• Proficiency in Collibra or similar Data Catalog tools.
• Strong communication skills in English and French, both written and spoken.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, CI/CD, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Organized, customer-focused, and proactive communicator with a pragmatic approach
• Fluent level of English & French (mandatory);
• Availability to work in a hybrid model, 3x per week in Lisbon Office.
