Fullstack Developer (Node.js)

We are looking for a Fullstack Developer (Node.js) to work in Porto who’s eager to embark on an exciting new opportunity!

What is this challenge about

• Build and maintain fullstack applications using JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and React.js;
• Develop and deploy production-ready applications, preferably in GCP or Azure;
• Work with RESTful APIs, authentication mechanisms, and asynchronous programming;
• Collaborate with teams using Git and modern CI/CD pipelines;
• Apply software architecture, modular design, and microservices principles;

What we are looking for

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fullstack development;
• Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript and TypeScript;
• At least 3 years of experience with React.js and Node.js;
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, responsive layouts;
• Solid understanding of software architecture and microservices;
• Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, and communication skills;
• Experience with Redux, MobX, or other state management libraries (Plus);
• Familiarity with Vite, Webpack, or similar build tools (Plus);
• Knowledge of server-side rendering (Next.js) (Plus);
• Experience with automated testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress) (Plus);
• Understanding of containerization (Docker) and cloud deployment best practices (Plus);
