Governance, Risk and Compliance Analyst (GRC)

We are looking for a GRC Analyst to work remotely in Portugal who’s eager to embark on an exciting new opportunity!

What is this challenge about

• Supporting the design and maintenance of an Information Security Management System (ISMS) aligned with ISO 27001
• Contributing to compliance with NIS2 and other cybersecurity regulations
• Conducting risk assessments, control testing, and remediation follow-ups
• Driving Risk Management (RM) and 3rd Party Risk Management (TPRM) processes
• Collaborating with technical and business teams to ensure consistent governance and security controls
• Preparing audit documentation, risk reports, and policy updates
• Participating in cybersecurity projects as a workstream lead or contributor

What we are looking for

• 3+ years in information security, risk management, or IT governance
• Solid understanding of ISO 27001, NIST CSF, and NIS2
• Strong communication and documentation skills in English
• Experience with project management practices or methodologies
• Hands-on with compliance tools, risk registers, or GRC platforms
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related fields
• Preferred: professional certifications like ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, CISM, CRISC, or CISSP
• Experience in multinational or supply chain environments is a plus
• Fluent in English (Mandatory).
• Availability to work remote in Portugal
• Candidates must be residing already in Portugal.
