We are looking for a Power Platform & Copilot AI Engineer to work hybrid in Porto who’s eager to embark on an exciting new opportunity!

What is this challenge about

• Join a Digital Workplace & Services team within Security & Operations
• Design and govern automation and low-code solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot AI
• Define platform governance, DLP policies, and environment strategies (Dev/Test/Prod)
• Implement and evolve the Center of Excellence (CoE) Starter Kit
• Support ALM processes and ensure scalable, secure, and efficient solutions
• Mentor Citizen Developers and promote best practices across the organization

What we are looking for

• Mid-level experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Low-Code + Pro-Code approach)
• Experience with Copilot AI integrations
• Solid knowledge of Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Azure SQL
• Good understanding of JSON, APIs, programming logic, and variables
• Experience with governance, DLP policies, and environment management
• Creative mindset with strong autonomy and critical thinking
• Fluent level of English & Portuguese (mandatory);
• Availability to work hybrid 2x per week in Porto
