Product Designer

We are looking for a Product Designer to work remotely in Portugal who’s eager to embark on an exciting new opportunity!

What is this challenge about

• Designing end-to-end product experiences for a large-scale, data-intensive B2B platform operating in a high-impact, high-complexity domain.
• Translating complex business and technical requirements into simple, intuitive, and engaging user experiences.
• Collaborating closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and fellow Designers to deliver a consistent and unified UX across multiple product areas.
• Planning and conducting qualitative and quantitative user research, including usability testing, concept validation, and contextual inquiries.
• Creating personas, user journeys, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes to support product discovery and delivery.
• Defining UX requirements for A/B and multivariate testing to validate design decisions.
• Working side by side with engineering teams to ensure high-quality UI implementation aligned with design intent.
• Contributing to and evolving design systems, ensuring consistency, scalability, and efficiency.
• Advocating for UX best practices and design thinking within agile (SCRUM) environments, delivering iteratively and continuously.
• Applying AI-aware design principles and leveraging AI tools to enhance both the product experience and design workflows.

What we are looking for

• 5+ years of experience working across all stages of the UX/Product Design process;
• Solid background in UX Design, Interaction Design, and Information Architecture;
• Proven ability to design for complex, data-rich, B2B applications;
• Strong experience conducting and applying user research to inform design decisions;
• High proficiency with Figma for UI design and prototyping;
• Experience working with and contributing to Design Systems;
• Deep understanding of Lean UX principles and agile product development;
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Product Managers and Engineering teams;
• Strong communication skills and confidence presenting and defending design decisions;
• Experience or strong interest in designing AI-powered or AI-assisted products;
• Fluent level of English (mandatory);
• Availability to work remotely in Portugal
• Candidates must be residing already in Portugal.
