What is this challenge about:
- Perform testing on microservices, focusing on API testing.
- Execute database queries using SQL to collect and validate test data.
- Conduct testing on SAP systems.
- Perform mobile application testing using device farms.
- Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and end-to-end application testing.
- Define, track, and defend Quality KPIs through reports and documentation (e.g. presentations, dashboards).
- Produce clear and structured test documentation to support testing activities.
- Coordinate testing activities with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Manage and lead QA team activities, ensuring alignment and delivery quality.
- Systematize information to support testing processes and decision-making.
What we are looking for
- +2 years of experience as a QA Tester.
- Proven experience in API testing for microservices-based architectures.
- Experience retrieving and validating data using SQL databases.
- Experience testing SAP systems.
- Experience with mobile testing using device farms.
- Strong knowledge and application of ISTQB best practices.
- Prior experience with test management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Xray, and Confluence.
- Experience producing quality metrics, reports, and presentations to support decision-making.
- Strong soft skills, including empathy, communication, and teamwork.
- Experience in team management and coordination with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Living in Lisbon (hybrid role)
- Fluent level of English and Portuguese.
