We are looking for a Relex Solutions Expert to work remotely to Portugal who’s eager to embark on an exciting new opportunity!

What is this challenge about

• Taking an active role in the implementation, configuration, and optimisation of the RELEX Solutions platform.
• Acting as a key bridge between business teams and IT, ensuring planning and supply chain processes are fully supported by the system.
• Managing system parameters and ensuring platform performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Leading and supporting system integrations between RELEX and surrounding ecosystems such as ERP and BI tools.
• Supporting business users as a super-user, including advanced usage, training, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.
• Translating business needs into clear technical requirements and scalable system solutions.
• Supporting testing, validation, and rollout of new features, enhancements, and platform updates.
• Collaborating closely with supply chain, operations, and IT teams to drive continuous process improvement.

What we are looking for

• Proven hands-on experience with RELEX Solutions, particularly in implementation, configuration, or operational support;
• Strong understanding of supply chain planning, demand forecasting, and inventory management processes;
• Experience working in hybrid technical and business-facing roles (super-user or functional/technical consultant);
• Ability to support and guide business users through advanced system usage and training;
• Solid data analysis skills using SQL, advanced Excel, or BI tools;
• Experience collaborating across functional and technical teams;
• Fluent level of English & Spanish (mandatory);
• Availability to work remotely to Portugal
