SAP BTP DevOps / Cloud Engineer

We are looking for a SAP BTP to work in Lisbon, Coimbra, Porto or Braga who’s eager to embark on an exciting new opportunity!

What is this challenge about

• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub and SAP BTP to deploy CAP applications and microservices to BTP Kyma (Kubernetes);
• Manage and optimize Kubernetes deployments on SAP BTP Kyma runtime;
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC);
• Manage access control and security configurations across BTP accounts;
• Monitor performance, optimize resource utilization, and maintain deployment documentation and runbooks (including MCP encoding).

What we are looking for

• Strong expertise in Kubernetes (deployments, services, ingress, secrets, scaling, resource optimization);
• Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI);
• Proficiency in Terraform, Helm, or similar IaC tools;
• Scripting skills in Bash, Python, or Node.js;
• Experience with cloud-native architectures, Git workflows, and GitOps practices;
• Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK;
• Experience with SAP BTP Kyma, Cloud Transport Management, BTP service integration (e.g., HANA Cloud), and SAP Business Application Studio;
• Preferred: SAP security concepts (OAuth2, XSUAA, RBAC), multi-tenancy, SAP integration patterns, and API management.
