Senior Data Architect

We are looking for a Senior Data Architect to work hybrid in Lisbon who’s eager to embark on an exciting new opportunity!

What is this challenge about

• Contribute to data governance and architecture initiatives across analytics, AI, and master data management use cases.
• Map and enhance enterprise data models across core business systems (ERP, CRM, MDM, BI platforms, etc.).
• Define and standardize data models and structures for better reuse, consistency, and trust.
• Collaborate with data experts, architects, and governance teams to optimize data quality and accessibility.
• Apply and enforce data governance frameworks and architecture policies.
• Guide business and IT teams on data quality controls, classification, and compliance practices.
• Contribute to the documentation of datasets, business rules, and BPMN-based processes in Collibra and other tools.

What we are looking for

• Proven experience in data architecture and governance, ideally within large-scale or multinational environments.
• Strong understanding of data modeling (Enterprise, Conceptual, Logical) and data cataloging tools (e.g., Collibra).
• Familiarity with data quality management, BPMN modeling, and metadata management.
• Experience with data platforms, cloud ecosystems, and DevOps practices.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to collaborate across global teams.
• Knowledge of data risk management, compliance, and information security principles.
• Strategic thinker with a mid/long-term vision for scalable and reusable data solutions.
• Fluent level of English (mandatory);
• Availability to work in a hybrid model, 3x per week in Lisbon Office.
