Senior Project Manager

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to work hybrid in Porto or Lisbon who’s eager to embark on an exciting new opportunity!

What is this challenge about

• Leading cross-functional projects in banking and fintech domains
• Translating complex financial requirements into actionable technology solutions
• Managing end-to-end project delivery: initiation, planning, execution, go-live, and benefits realization
• Coordinating multi-disciplinary teams, including developers, analysts, testers, and external vendors
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory, security, and operational standards
• Driving continuous improvement in project governance and delivery models
• Managing stakeholder communication, reporting, and executive updates

What we are looking for

• 10+ years of experience managing projects in finance, banking, or fintech
• Proven experience in technology-driven initiatives (e.g., integrations, core banking, digital platforms, data migrations)
• Strong understanding of financial products and operational processes
• Technical acumen to discuss architecture, APIs, integrations, and data models
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Analytical, solution-oriented, and resilient in complex environments
• Familiarity with Agile / Hybrid / PM2 / PRINCE2 / PMP methodologies
• Availability to work hybrid 2x per week in Porto
