Senior Ruby on Rails

We are looking for a Senior Ruby on Rails to work remotely to Portugal who’s eager to embark on an exciting new opportunity!

What is this challenge about

• Integrating a high-impact product team focused on backend excellence;
• Designing, developing and maintaining scalable backend services using Ruby on Rails;
• Building and optimizing RESTful APIs to support web and mobile applications;
• Ensuring code quality, performance, security and scalability best practices;
• Collaborating closely with frontend developers, DevOps and product teams;
• Contributing to architectural decisions and continuous improvement of the platform.

What we are looking for

• 6+ Years experience with Ruby on Rails in backend development;
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs;
• Solid knowledge of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL or similar);
• Experience with version control systems (Git);
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments (valued);
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
• Good communication skills and team-oriented mindset;
• Availability to work remotely to Portugal
• Fluent English (mandatory).
