We are looking for an UX Designer in Lisbon, Porto or Braga who’s eager to embark on an exciting new opportunity!

What is this challenge about:

• Define, develop, and maintain a strategic product vision aligned with BMW Group’s objectives.
• Translate user needs into clear product features, balancing technical feasibility, business value, and user experience.
• Prioritize product requirements and initiatives to maximize value delivery.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including internal teams at BMW stakeholders, and external partners, to ensure alignment and cohesive product development.
• Drive product development efforts across multiple teams and channels, ensuring consistency and shared goals.
• Navigate complex project challenges with resilience, applying strong problem-solving skills to overcome obstacles and deliver successful outcomes.

What we are looking for

• +6 years of experience as a UX Designer.
• Proven ability to define and maintain a strategic product vision in complex, large-scale environments.
• Strong understanding of user-centered product development and prioritization techniques.
• Experience working in cross-functional and multi-stakeholder environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain focused and effective under pressure.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Living in Lisbon, Porto or Braga (hybrid role).
• Fluent level of English.
